Mission Statement

Hi, My name is Michael Coleman and I’m a creative, passionate software developer constantly improving my skills and having a little fun along the way. I have an extensive background in multiple technologies, and enjoy backend and frontend software development. My expertise is building high-quality, innovative, and user-friendly desktop applications as well as robust and responsive web applications. I have experience building websites using Angular, Visual Studio (C# and VB.Net), Komodo Edit, Git, and GitHub. I’m skilled at creating backend applications using Node.js I’m growing my experience building front end applications that use HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. I’m also growning my experience with backend development by building Restful APIs with Node.js. I have experience with using non-relational databases such as MongoDB and Firebase. I also have experience in relational database installation and setup, and understand retrieving data into an application. I’m efficient with building Visual Studio desktop applications that are easy to use and maintain. I deliver efficient and user-friendly applications and plan to continue enhancing my professional skills as a Software Developer. I’m a member of the zero-mastery Organization on GitHub and contribute to the ZTM Community. I enjoy practicing coding on HackerRank.com and freecodecamp.org/learn. I’m very excited about learning newer technologies and look forward to growing my profession and becoming a key asset to your organization’s development needs.
